About Us
A little about us Reynolds...
We
are both originally from Malvern, Arkansas. We were married in 1999
while still in college at Henderson State and Ouachita Baptist (across
the ravine rivals in Arkadelphia) and graduated a semester apart, Chase
with a BA in Theology and Biblical Studies and Kelli with a BA in
English and Education. We served as youth pastors 9 years in our home
church in Arkansas and in Alabama. While in Alabama, Chase received his
MDiv at Beeson in Birmingham, and Uriah was born in Tuscaloosa in 2005.
A
year later, we moved to Dallas to complete our linguistics training. We
competed the certification, and Chase completed his second Master's--MA
in Applied Linguistics. We moved to Indonesia in November 2008 and
attended language school to learn Indonesian, the national language.
Nathan was born in 2009.
We
moved to Papua in December 2009 to begin serving among the Yetfa. We
made our first trip into the Yetfa area as a family in April 2010, and
Corin was born later that year.
